Scope
This Return Policy explains how Xomtyraxdrizelon handles cancellations, refunds, and project changes for our web development services. Our goal is to keep engagements transparent and fair.
Consultations
Free consultations carry no charges. If a paid workshop is scheduled, you may reschedule once at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Project Deposits
Deposits secure project start dates and initial work. Deposits are generally non-refundable once discovery or design work begins, as effort and scheduling commitments are incurred immediately.
Ongoing Milestones
For milestone-based engagements, completed and approved milestones are billable and non-refundable. If you choose to pause a project, we will invoice for completed work to date and provide a handover of deliverables produced.
Quality Concerns
If deliverables do not meet the agreed specification, notify us within 10 business days. We will review against the scope and, where warranted, provide reasonable revisions to align with the signed-off requirements.
Technical Issues
Post-launch break/fix support for issues caused by our implementation is provided within the warranty window defined in your project agreement. Issues arising from third-party changes, new requirements, or client-side edits are handled under a new statement of work or support plan.
Refund Requests
Refunds are evaluated case by case. We may request evidence of the issue and the opportunity to remediate first. Where a refund is appropriate, it will be limited to the portion of fees for work not yet delivered.
Digital Deliverables
Because our work is bespoke and digital, completed and delivered assets (code, designs, documentation) are non-returnable once provided.
